I gave my answers because I’ve been going there for a number off years the reception are very helpful and polite and the doctors are great always get treat whith respect and surgery is very clean

I think you do enough in my mind you don’t have to change anything all is good that’s my opinion

Took a little time to get a none urgent appointment as unable to pre book.

Could have more appointments to pre book for none urgent requirements.

Excellent service. Was referred from my optician following an eye test for BP readings and bloods. Appointments with Charlotte the Healthcare assistant who is always very pleasant, and efficient and puts me totally at ease. Always managed to get follow up appointments easily that fit in with my work life balance. Medications prescribed by Dr Seah and initial telephone call explaining everything, and also prescription from Dr Dornan. Excellent practice
